Day 12 #34

Today's thing was "every kid should write in a journal." As we originally read through the book we saw this one and thought 'meh that's no big deal' since we already both do that anyways. However, this all quickly changed as we began talking about how excited we were about this new book, and all of the fun things that we were going to do for it. Out of nowhere Shan (the very same Shan who HATES blogs for single people) said 'We should make a blog about it!' So there we sat at midnight, I having lesson plans to write and Shan needing sleep, and we created the blog 101thingsin101days. Shan is the one who originally set up the layout of the blog and then we both get to contribute to it. Depending on what each other has going on that day depends on who writes that day. I really like reading it when Shan writes because we definitely both have our own different styles of writing. So as you can see this a continuing adventure but it is one that we get to love, enjoy, and share everyday with you!

Hey miss babbit it's Emily. I think that your blog looks really cool. I might just find that book and try all the activities. Me and the class miss you so much.Where are you teaching next, just in case I want to say hello?

Hey Miss Emily! Thanks for checking out the blog! If nothing else I will have to give your mom a list of all of things so you could do it that way if you can't find the book. I must say that it is pretty fun! I miss that class a whole bunch! Please tell everyone hello for me. I will still be at Heritage next, in the first grade so please come by and say hey!
